The TC3-M1 is built to last with its all-steel, double plated, and boxed design. It features CNC machined steel hinges and a brass pivot bushing for longevity, and includes a tailgate stop in the OEM position. This tire carrier hinge mount system is compatible with any rear bumper and can be used with the OEM tire carrier or TC4-M1 adjustable tire carrier.

In addition to its impressive durability and functionality, the TC3-M1 also boasts an easy bolt-on installation process and a 3-stage nanotexture powdercoat finish. The TC3-M1 also has threaded holes to add accessories and is compatible with Turn Offroad’s license plate relocation kit.

A Pain in the Ass to Install, but worth every minute!

This was a pain to install, but ABSOLUTELY worth the time. The product is well made, good customer service, and looks great. I would certainly do it again. If the instructional video would go over each step more clearly, the install might have been easier. The weight of the part made it difficult, but also contributed to its quality

Bronco tailgate reinforcement

Very nice product, heavy duty construction, fit great. Needs a parts list in the packaging and install guide, rewatching the video and a phone call to sort what bolts went where and all was good. After my research I feel this is the very best product on the market. I used the factory tire carrier with this, no issues or mods needed.

Holding up my 40” like a champ

The tire carrier reinforcement is exactly what I’ve been looking for. It’s extremely well built and the design matches the body lines perfectly. The installation went fairly easy and the instructional videos give you the step by steps you need to get it right the first time. Make sure you watch all videos all the way through, as you’ll need to remove the passenger tailgate light to help make final adjustments to the door being able to close more perfectly. This is 100% worth the purchase and it’s holding up my 40” tire like a champ

Fantastic Addition

This is a great upgrade from the Hammerbuilt system I had previously. Very sturdy and heavy duty. Zero shake or rattle. I put it to the test at United By Bronco and it performed as expected! After the trip, no adjustments were needed.

Solid piece of equipment. And a breeze to install, however you will want another set of hands. There were no instructions included, but after watching a couple of videos it was very straight forward. If your thinking of going with bigger wheels or spare tire or cargo carrier, which I did. Your rear tailgate is made to carry what it comes with. Not extras. Gas cans, cargo carrier even a bigger tire all add weight your hinge or tailgate can't handle. Worth the cost and well built. Fast shipping. Hinge weighs more than the tailgate. Tailgate is only #35. Now I can add up to #200 and not worth about sagging.
I highly recommend this product.

Overall very good!

Only complaint is the small gap you get across the rear where it meets the tailgate. Sent picture and was told that is how it is supposed to look. Besides that - tough as nails, looks killer and heavy duty!

Best solution for Bronco Tire Carrier upgrades

This solution for upgrading the tire carrier on the bronco is the best one I've found and allows for multiple accessories to be mounted as well! I had mine professionally installed so I can't personally speak for installation but it took my installer about 2 hours.

Good stuff

Opening and closing with a heavy tire mounted is smooth and confidence-inspiring; it doesn’t feel like it’s going to sag over time. Aesthetically, it matches the rugged look of the Raptor and complements other trail gear. All in all, it’s a beefy, functional piece that adds durability and peace of mind for serious off-road use.
