TURN OFFROAD'S   |   Shipping Policy


Shipping to and from TURN Off Road is at the customer's expense and varies according to weight, size, shipping type and location, this is inclusive of Returns.


** All order ship the next business day after payment is received and cleared **


Any TURN Off Road manufactured products that are shipped by small package or any product not manufactured by TURN Off Road including any drop ships from outside vendors or shipped outside of the Continental United States (48 states) will be treated in the following way:

  • Each item will be packaged and priced for each shipment and all related costs associated will be charged to the end user to get the product delivered. All Freight Carrier, UPS, FED-EX, or USPS charges related to that shipment are the sole responsibility of the customer to be paid in full in advance of the shipment leaving TURN Off Road shipping department.
  • Any items that are shipped from TURN Off Road dock to a destination that must be re-directed after it has left will be charged back to the customer at full cost for the re-direct / change fees associated before the delivery is changed and delivered.
  • Customers are responsible for any customs, taxes, or other fees associated with any shipment at all times.
  • Any TURN Off Road manufactured products that are shipped within the Continental United States (48 states) by truck freight will be treated in the following way:
  • No additional shipping charges will apply for accessories in the same shipment so long as they are not drop shipped from the vendor directly or shipped separate from the main order. Small package rules will apply for anything outside of this. Separating any order into multiple shipments will be treated as separate orders and all shipping rules will apply to each individual shipment.
  • Any items that are shipped from TURN Off Road dock to a destination that must be re-directed after it has left will be charged back to the customer at full cost for the re-direct / change fees associated before the delivery is changed and delivered. Any freight shipments to a residential or rural address will also carry an additional $80.00 charge.
  • Any items over standard pallet size (Standard size is - 87Lx46Wx20-50T) in single item will be charged at actual shipping fees related to the product shipment. This would-be items that are very large like chase racks. Your sales representative will assist in pricing for shipments that require larger than standard size pallets.
  • Customers are responsible for any customs, taxes, or other fees associated with any shipment at all times.

Return Policy for Turn Offroad LLC

Thank you for choosing Turn Offroad as your off-road vehicle accessories provider. We want to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. In the event that you need to return an item, please carefully review our return policy below.

  1. Items must be returned in original packaging: To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original packaging and in unused, resalable condition. Please ensure that all original components, accessories, and documentation are included.

  2. Return within 30 days of purchase: Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the original purchase date. After this period, we unfortunately cannot accept returns or offer refunds.

  3. Customer pays for return shipping: The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure safe and timely delivery. Return shipping fees are non-refundable.

  4. Installed items are not eligible for return: Items that have been installed, used, or modified in any way are not eligible for return. Please carefully inspect the item upon receipt before installation.

  5. Restocking fee of 25% applies: A restocking fee of 25% of the item's original purchase price will be deducted from the refund amount. This fee covers the cost of inspection, repackaging, and restocking the item.

  6. RMA number required: Before returning an item, you must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number from Turn Offroad by emailing us at help@turnoffroad.com or calling us at 951-505-6437. To request an RMA number, please contact our customer support team via email or phone. Returns received without a valid RMA number will not be accepted.

Return Process:

  • Contact our customer support team to request an RMA number. Provide your order number, item details, and reason for the return.
  • Once you have received the RMA number, securely package the item in its original packaging along with all accessories and documentation.
  • Clearly write the RMA number on the outside of the package.
  • Ship the package to the address provided by our customer support team. Remember, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
  • Upon receiving the returned item, we will inspect it to ensure compliance with our return policy.
  • If the item meets all the return criteria, we will process the refund, minus the restocking fee, to the original payment method used during the purchase.

Please note that it may take several business days for the refund to be reflected in your account.
