Turn Offroad (the "Company") extends the following warranties to the original purchaser (“Purchaser”) of Turn Offroad products, which include Hard Tops, steel products, and billet aluminum accessories (collectively, the "Products"). These warranties are segregated based on the material and type of product to ensure clarity and specificity in coverage.

Fiberglass Hard Tops Warranty

1. Lifetime Warranty on Fiberglass:

  • The Company warrants the fiberglass portion of the Hard Top against manufacturer defects for the lifetime of the Product.
  • This warranty covers the structural integrity and construction of the fiberglass.
  • Exclusions: This warranty does not cover any damage due to abuse, neglect, improper use, accidents, natural disasters, or unauthorized modifications. Leaks primarily caused by installation errors are not covered under this warranty. This warranty does not cover fading or discoloration due to exposure to chemicals, solvents, or environmental conditions, nor does it cover damage from abuse, neglect, or improper care.

2. Warranty on Wear Items:

  • Wear items, including but not limited to hinges, seals, headliners, and gelcoat, are not covered under the lifetime warranty. The Company, at its discretion, may replace these items at no cost or charge the Purchaser for the replacement.

Steel and Billet Aluminum Products Warranty

1. Lifetime Warranty on Structure and Craftsmanship:

  • The Company warrants the structure and craftsmanship of steel and billet aluminum products against manufacturer defects for the lifetime of the Products.
  • Exclusions: This warranty does not cover any damage due to abuse, neglect, improper use, accidents, natural disasters, or unauthorized modifications.

2. Two-Year Warranty on Finish:

  • Steel and billet aluminum products come with a 2-year warranty on the finish, covering peeling, flaking, or blistering under normal use conditions.
  • Exclusions: This warranty does not cover fading or discoloration due to exposure to chemicals, solvents, or environmental conditions, nor does it cover damage from abuse, neglect, or improper care.
General Terms for All Products:
  • The warranty applies as deemed appropriate by the Company.
  • The Company reserves the right to repair the Product as a primary remedy.
  • The Purchaser must collaborate with the Company to resolve the issue.
  • The Purchaser is responsible for all shipping costs related to the return and replacement of the Product.
Claim Process:
    • To file a warranty claim, the Purchaser must contact Turn Offroad’s customer service with proof of purchase, a detailed description of the issue, and any relevant photographs or documentation.
    • The Company reserves the right to inspect the Product to validate the claim.
Limitations:
      • This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original Purchaser.
      • The Company’s liability is limited to the repair or replacement of the Product and does not cover any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
      • This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from jurisdiction to jurisdiction.
