Reinforce your Gladiator rocker and bed-side protection on ledges, rocks, and long-wheelbase breakover points with frame-mounted slider steps built for the 2020–2025 Jeep Gladiator JT. These Turn Offroad sliders run extra-long to protect the vulnerable side area from the front doors toward the rear wheel opening. They also double as a practical step for rack, bed, and cabin access.

- Transfer trail loads into the frame with a mounting method that uses factory points plus Grade 10.9 self-threading bolts into the 1/4-inch frame rails.

The slider steps fit 2020–2025 Jeep Gladiator JT 4-Door models. They include driver and passenger sliders, self-threading bolts, and hardware kit. Approximate install time is 2–3 hours.
Overall, these frame-mounted Jeep JT Gladiator Step rock sliders are a solid product at a fair price point, and they look fantastic once installed. However, there are a few key areas where the customer experience falls short.
Documentation: The kit lacks basic written instructions, and by basic, we mean none. At a minimum, there should be guidance on which frame leg is intended for the driver vs. the passenger side, as well as a diagram specifying bolt placement.
Hardware Incompatibility (JT Gladiator): We ran into a significant issue with the driver-side rear bolt. The Gladiator features a female-threaded hole from the factory that requires an M12-1.50 fine-thread bolt. The kit provided an M12-1.25 (30mm) bolt, which is the wrong thread pitch. After verifying this with a thread pitch gauge, we had to order the correct hardware from Amazon overnight, as local stores only carried the 1.25 and 1.75 variants.
Finish Quality: The powder coating is unfortunately quite fragile. We noticed chips and deep grooves straight out of the box. While rock sliders are meant to take a beating, this coating is exceptionally soft and scratches easily during a standard installation.
With better hardware accuracy and a more resilient finish, these would be top-tier sliders.
Make no mistake with our rating, we are very happy with this product. We intend to put these through several test phases and will report findings on our social pages, but, as of right now, you cannot beat the price point for a decent set of full-length frame-mounted step sliders for the JT platform.
Great steps/ rock slides just wish there were good instruction because the i stall video isnt that good and only shows parts and pieces.
The product is great. They function very well. I spent a week at windrock park the day after I received and installed them. The only reason it didnt get 5 stars is due to the fact there was ZERO i structions included. The youtube install video did not show how to assemble the frame mounts, and the lack of labels to where each frame mou t leg went was a factor as well. If they had good clean i structions, and labels as to where each frame mount went, i would give 5 stars.
First of all these things are beefy, very solid and very heavy, they’re going to be bullet proof. When it arrived the box was damaged from shipping, but the sliders were super well packaged and didn’t even have a scratch. They are seem like they’re going to be great sliders that give good protection from side impacts, have high clearance so they won’t snag. The powder-coat was also great, it’s really thick and durable, I beat the hell out of them and dropped them a bunch trying to get them installed, and it held up really well. Unlike a lot of other frame mounted sliders around this price, these still give enough of a step to be completely usable, and the teeth on it mean it’s slip proof. If you’re a short guy like me, it’s been great getting in and out, and more importantly being able to access things on the roof.
As of writing this review, they don’t come with instructions and the video on the website is for an early version, that didn’t include the exact same hardware. That being said, I was able to figure out where most things go, with some help from customer service who were very responsive and helpful.
If like me, you have aftermarket skid plates on yours and are worried about it interfering, or having to remove them to install it, It was easy enough to unbolt one side at a time, and sandwich the brackets for these sliders in between. I will warn you, don’t attempt to install these by yourself without access to a lift, it was way too difficult to manhandle this alone in the parking lot, and I don’t recommend it because it’s an injury waiting to happen. a friend is for sure necessary. I also encountered some issues with my frame when trying to install the bolts. My Jeep had some sections of the frame that were super hard, and some that weren’t, in my case, the lower bolt holes were very difficult to drill, and one of them stripped the self tapping bolt, ate the threads right off. I found it helped to take an M10x1.50 tap and get the cut started, and then hit it with the self tapping bolts, but don’t go all the way through with the tap, or the bolt holes may be a bit loose. I called the customer service line about the self tapping bolts that didnt survive, and Todd was extremely gracious and helpful about providing new hardware, I seriously can’t recommend this company enough, they have been quick to reply to emails, always answered the phone and we’re all around good, friendly people. It was clear they care about the customer and their product.
